How to consign
Step 1: Register
CONSIGNOR REGISTRATION OPENS ON THURSDAY 9/12 at 7pm on our website! Our week-long events are held in the spring and fall, providing a venue for families to sell their children’s outgrown gear. Consignors set their own prices, tag the items with our easy to use computer system, then drop it off at their scheduled time during the week of the event. Consignors are not required to be at the event to sell their items but have the option to put in more work equity by assisting with sales on-site during the event. Keep in mind, Moo La La only sells items that are in great condition, free of any stains, have all the necessary parts, and are safety checked for recalls.
Step 2: Prep & Tag
DEADLINE TO ENTER ITEMS ONLINE IS THURSDAY, October 10th @ 11:59pm
The best part of clearing out all the clutter is realizing how much moolah you have stashed away in your closets. Gather all of your items that you would like to sell at Moo La La. Tidy them up, hang the clothes and enter them into our online system. Our system is easy to use and has a voice entry feature that allows you to enter over 100 items in less than an hour!
- GATHER- max of 250 items per consignor** all items must be in excellent working condition, free of stains, and have all pieces to function

CLEAN- wipe them down, remove any stains, freshly wash any fabric

HANG- place all clothing on hangers, zip tie shoes together

TAG- enter all of your items into our online system to create barcoded tags. Print, cut, & attach to the merchandise
Step 3: Drop Off
DROP OFF APPOINTMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE SATURDAY 10/12 1-5pm or SUNDAY 10/13 10-6pm
Sign up for a DROP OFF appointment through our online system. Check in at the front desk at your chosen drop off appointment window. Checking in your items will take approximately 45 minutes for a regular drop off appointment to complete. For all the details, refer to our DROP OFF information.
Step 4: Shop!
MOO CREW & CONSIGNOR PRESALE TUESDAY OCTOBER 15th 3PM-8PM
As a consignor you earn the privilege to shop before the public at our exclusive Consignor Presale with one guest of your choice.
If you choose to become part of the “Moo Crew” by working at the sale, workers are able to shop even earlier on at our presale event on Tuesday. Moo Crew Workers will receive one pass for their shopping time along with one guest pass for 3pm to share with a friend. Shopping earlier gets you access to the best deals Moo La La has to offer.

**NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED (Unless an infant under 12 mos in a stroller or in a carrier) on Tuesday during presales.
CONSIGNOR & GUEST DISCOUNT DAY PRESALE OCTOBER 18TH 5PM-8PM
Get access to all the discounted items that are marked an additional 50% off the already low price! Tags marked DISCOUNT:YES are eligible for the additional savings.
Children are allowed BUT must remain with an adult at all times.
Step 5: Pick Up
Sunday, October 20th from 10AM-12PM
New This Sale-
Pick Up Unsold Inventory
We will be implementing a new pick up procedure this sale. Consignors that would like to retrieve their unsold merchandise will be able to come and pick up their items from the sales floor at this time only. We will not be sorting merchandise into bins.
Why you may ask? Many consignment events have opted to forgo sorting and have found that ultimately it was a better process to have the consignors (who know exactly what they are looking for) retrieve items from the sales floor. It takes around 20 min to 1 hour depending on how many items you have left. A typical sort took our crew 10+ hours and often we are short handed which led to fatigue and mistakes in returning items to the correct consignor.
How will Pick Up work?
1- Print your UNSOLD ITEM REPORT from the online system after 6pm Saturday or pull up your report on your phone to reference as you retrieve your items.
2- Check in at the front desk anytime between 10-12pm Sunday 10/20 and bring a bin, bag or small wagon to contain your items. Please allow ample time to pick up your items. At 12:30pm we will start condensing and moving merchandise for the Free Foster Shop event following so plan accordingly
3- Retrieve all items belonging to your consignor number. All items should be close to the area that you dropped them off at. If having difficulty locating a specific item, be sure to look in the opposite in the same size but opposite gender, “try again” rack (items pulled off of sales floor) & missing tag area.
4- Once items are retrieved, check out with a Moo Crew Worker at the exit. They will inspect all of your items for your specific consignor number.
5- Wait for Pay Day!! Payment will be sent via e-check to the email on file within 2 weeks of the close of the sale. Once received, simply print it, cut it out, sign it, and deposit it using your banks mobile app!
